Return Policies

✓ 7-Day Return & Exchange

At Alnisralazraq, your satisfaction is our guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will take back the product within seven (7) days from the date of collection or home delivery. Returns and exchanges are subject to the terms and conditions below.

Items must be unused, unopened, and complete with all original packaging and accessories.

Every return or exchange must be accompanied by the original sales invoice.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

The product must be accompanied by the original Sales Invoice.
The product must be in unused and unopened condition, with all original packaging material, accessories, manuals, registration cards, free-of-cost (FOC)/bundled products, and promotional vouchers.

Return & Exchange NOT Applicable

If the packaging is incomplete, or the product is damaged or scratched.
If the device has an activation/password lock, or Find My iPhone (FMIP), Find My Mobile (FMM), or Find My Device (FMD) is activated.
If the VAT is refunded against the invoice.
If the packaging has minor soiling or is opened and the product is not defective — the product may be taken back with a Restocking Fee of minimum 15% (or as applicable) at the time of return or exchange.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Defective Products

Products that are Dead on Arrival, not functioning as per the operational manual, or falling short of declared specifications will be exchanged or returned after review.

The process can take up to seven (7) business days. Return/exchange will be completed only after the technical investigation report.
If the returned product has any data stored in its memory or storage, we are not responsible for transferring that data to an exchange product, or for the loss of any data still residing on the returned product.

Refunds & Charges

Products purchased via credit/debit card will be refunded only to the same card used for the transaction.
Service, delivery, and installation charges are non-refundable once performed and acknowledged by the customer.
You are responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.

Additional Terms

Please inspect your product prior to signing the Proof of Delivery (POD) and before the delivery agent departs. Products signed and accepted, then later reported damaged or broken, will not qualify for return, exchange, or warranty.
Extended Warranty / Damage Protection Plans are subject to return if the product is returned during the manufacturer warranty period.
Store Management will act as per the above policies, and Store Management's decision will be treated as final.
